There is something so special about welcoming a new baby home.

These sessions aren’t always calm or perfectly posed. In fact, they’re often beautifully chaotic. Little ones full of energy, cuddles in between the wriggles, tiny hands reaching for baby, and moments of love unfolding in the middle of it all.

That’s why I love in home sessions so much. They capture your family just as you are. Because amongst the chaos are the moments that matter most. The proud big brother and sister, the gentle kisses, the tiny fingers wrapped around baby, and the love that fills every corner of the home.

This beautiful family of five welcomed their newest little boy with so much love, and it was such a honour to capture these first memories for them.

I loved this shoot so much. It was the most imperfect, perfect night. Windy and overcast, yet the most beautiful sunset broke through in the final moments. The simplicity of Bec in jeans and a crop, paired with the undeniable love between her and Sam, was just magic. This little baby girl is going to be so lucky to have them as parents ✨🫶
