How was your first week back at work? Or some of you may be going back to work next week.

Do you get excited? Or is it daunting?

How about we carry on our good vibration from the break?

So, I re-organised my work environment.

Decluttering all the post it, placing it in a note.

Having my favourite crystal gem handy to relieve my hands that gets fried by EMI.

My favourite is Ocean Jasper, which shows so many different characters, I love it.

Having a napping cat is also comforting for me too.

How do you organise your environment to keep your vibes good? 💛

正月休みが明けました。

今日が仕事初めの方もいらっしゃるのでは無いでしょうか？私も会社員の仕事の再開です。

そんな時、ワクワクしてますか？ちょっと憂鬱ですか？

せっかく休み明けでリフレッシュできたこの波動、そのままキープできたら良いですよね。

そう思ってデスク周りの環境を整えました。要らなくなった書類は捨てるか、しまう。リマインダーのポストイットも一つのところにまとめる。

電磁波で手がピリつくので、グラウンディングできるクリスタルを手元に置いておく。

ちなみに私はオーシャンジャスパーがお気に入りです。

マダガスカル沖で取れる表情豊かな子です。

片手でモフモフできる距離に猫を眠らす（叶わない時もある）。

お気に入りのティーポットでお茶を用意する。

私は在宅とオフィスと半々で仕事をしてますが、会社にも好きなティーポット、クリスタル、エッセンシャルオイルや、お気に入りの景色の写真をデスク周りに置いて環境を整えてます。さすがに猫は持参できませんが。

皆様、どんな元日を過ごされましたか？

私は初詣に海に行き、お気に入りのフィンとウェットスーツで潜ったり、浜辺で本を読みながら色々とひらめいたり、龍神様の使いのトカゲ君に挨拶したり。

午後には執筆したり、ご挨拶のメッセージやアドミの仕事をしたりして、とても充実した日を過ごせました。

やってるDoingだけじゃなく、在り方としてのBeing、毎日こう在りたい、って思える日になりました。最高の年初めです。
