We are open until 2PM today. We have plenty of tins in a number of sizes including the very popular standard sized 680gm tin (for 500gm flour or mix).

I’m pretty chuffed with my loaf this morning.

One of our newer customers Lyndsay, who has taken like a duck to water with his sourdough, and is one of my favourite faces to see walk through the door ☺️ brought me in this AMAZING Irish Soda bread today!
Oh my days folks!! It was still warm and is SOOO delicious (I’m munching on it as we speak!)!! ☺️🥖🍞🥖

Pyrolux round cast iron French ovens are now available in store while stocks last. These would make an amazing Christmas present for any avid sourdough baker to get the perfect deep crusted loaf due to their ability to retain heat. These ovens come in 3 sizes: 24, 26 and 28cm diameter. The French oven that is open in the pictures is the 26cm size for reference.
They are priced at $130, $155 and $170 for each respective size.

We also sell silicone heat resistant Dutch oven slings that are used to replace single use baking paper that would make a great pairing as a gift idea which can be seen in the first image 🍞💝
