been a little quiet lately but got some fun things in the pipeline. I have a few little videos that I havenāt shared of older songs and some of the new album that captured so hereās the first of them.
I wrote this during a time where I fell out of love with creating music and my relationship to it had very much changed from the early days when iād just wrote in my bedroom for the pure therapeutic joy of it. Itās for anyone who is also feeling burnt out at times

Today I release my version of a song that is very special to me. I have always looked up to as a writer and craftsman, getting to see him last week in Perth further cemented that for me. His song Amsterdam was and my song for our wedding. It so beautifully captures the feeling of love and touring and knowing where and what the feeling of home is. I hope you enjoy my little rendition of it ā¤ļø

Sunday night was special, this tour was special. I loved this little run of shows and all the people that made it so wholesome. In return, I felt so much love in every room I played in and from all the listening ears and lips singing back the words. With lifeās juggles and listening to my current season of life I really tried to soak it all in whilst it was happening as tours are a little more few and far between. I honestly felt like I could do that this time. Was a wonderful few weeks

It only feels like yesterday that I was spending all my money on football cards, trying to learn my favourite songs on guitar and spending my summers making up stupid games with my little brother that were ever so slightly rigged in my favour. My little brother and I found his old footy card collection this summer and had a good laugh trying to guess player names just from their photo - a game Grandma was surprisingly good at. Anyway I hope life never gets so busy you donāt have time to create more moments to reminisce on and can enjoy them in the very moment that theyāre played out in front of you
