On Friday we completed a settlement where we were required to remit funds directly to the ATO on behalf of our buyer, a first for our office since the legislation was introduced on the 1st of July.

Our job as Conveyancers is to keep abreast of industry changes and regulations to ensure a smooth, effective and efficient property transfer for you. This is why the only people who work in our office are Licensed Conveyancers and we attend frequent training to continually update our skills and knowledge.
