40 series in for some front end repairs, someone has been here before unfortunately but nothing we can’t handle.

This custom tray for the one tonner we completed a couple of years ago has just been blasted, epoxy coated and then sprayed in that classic poison ivy. Can’t wait to see it all completed!!

This GQ shorty was hiding a lot more rust than first realized so we’ve unpicked the entire plenum after removing the dash so we can get in and repair this once and for all.

Rust Worx is expanding.

Due to continued growth and a heavy forward workload, we’re moving into a larger, better-suited workshop and growing our team. We’re now looking for a motivated Spray Painting Apprentice to come on board.

We specialise in high-end 4WD builds, LandCruiser restorations, rust repairs, full resprays and insurance work. We’re not a volume smash shop — we focus on quality workmanship and doing jobs properly.

With the move to our new premises, we’re also looking to bring on additional qualified panel beaters as our workload continues to increase.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting with prep and masking
• Sanding, priming and detailing
• Learning paint systems (PPG Deltron base & clear)
• Maintaining clean spray booths
• Supporting our painters and panel team
• Building toward a long-term career as a qualified refinisher
