We’ve installed the wainscoting and left it ready for the next stage which is filling and painting by the client’s painter.

Bibra Lake Feature Wall

A transformation in this Bibra Lake living area 🪄

We installed acoustic panelling with solid timber slats to create a feature wall, with plenty of natural variation throughout the timber giving it loads of character and making it a real feature of the room.

A simple change, but one that completely transforms the space 👌

Bedfordale Stage 1 🚧

Wainscoting with a little more height and a lot more presence.

For Stage 1 of our clients’ renovation, we have installed 190mm WA Colonial skirting boards with double-height wainscoting throughout their master bedroom.

The extra height of the room really suits the proportions of the larger 190mm WA Colonial profile and double height wainscoting, creating a classic look while still feeling clean and timeless.

This is just the first stage of the renovation, with more work to come as the project progresses.

Kings Park Apartment Skirting Installation 🚧

92mm half-splayed skirting board installation throughout this 17th floor apartment renovation by Hatch Renovations

Getting materials up to this level meant working with shorter lengths due to the access, so the skirting has been installed primed only ready for the painter to fill and finish.

The skirting was also installed with a 10mm allowance from the existing slab/floor level, allowing the carpet to be installed neatly underneath.

A nice transformation already taking shape in The Vines 👌

VJ feature panelling installed to selected areas of the home. A feature wall in the living area, the master bedroom and the entrance hall.

The panelling has been left ready for the clients’ painter to fill and paint, with new flooring and skirting boards still to come as part of the renovation.

Once everything is finished, it’s going to completely change the feel of the home 🏠
