When people hear "pelvic floor," most assume it's a women's health topic.
The reality is that pelvic floor health plays an important role in bladder control, bowel function, sexual health, and overall quality of life for men too.
The challenge is that many men don't recognise the signs of pelvic floor dysfunction, or they assume it's something they simply have to live with.
