Wow! earlier on I couldn't believe it was February and look now, its just a couple of days before everyone has there xmas break, how the hell did that happen?

Anyhow I just want to thank our pretty awesome staff for the year that's been, it's been hot, cold and very very busy. It's been great to hear some of the feedback from our customers about the effort we put in on there behalf & some of the minor miracles when some critically short delivery times have been met! ..... Happy New year to our awesome staff and many customers, we are back at work on Wedneday at 6am. Some changes for the new year are a new UV printer in Screen Printing and a new 6KW Laser in Sheet Metal. These upgrades will both increase capacity and efficiency. Not to forget our awesome new Nitrogen Booster, bringing us back to a good level of self sufficiency with our Nitrogen cutting gas.

Seeking a qualified Sheet Metal fabrication tradesman.
Jempro manufactures Electronics based equipment such as cabinets, platforms, bracketry and panels for Mining, Autoelectrical and Industrial applications.

A high level of skill in the operation of CNC Pressbrakes as well as the ability to weld MIG and TIG including sanding to a quality finish ready for powder coating is a must.

Sorry it's been a while, it's been a busy year at Jempro with the opportunity to welcome some new customers as well as our longterm customers being pretty busy also.

It occured to me whilst cutting a customers job which requires bend lines and part numbers etched into the part that many people would not be aware that it is an option they request.

Etching saves a lot of time & money in identifying the part when it is recieved as well as indicating which direction the bends are formed. the below pics are an example of etching. (please excuse the photo's they are from my phone 🤨 )

Jempro is a family owned business of over 50yrs in the Mining & Electronics Metal Working fields, most of our staff have been with us for decades, including the owners. Qualifications & experience
• No experience needed, training provided for all aspects for the right person.
• Good comprehension of directions given, good communications skills also important.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality are very important to us, as is the ability to be able to work unassisted after a settling in period.
• Driver’s License.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Assisting the foreman to run Laser Cutters.
• Assisting trades people with various tasks & Learning CNC Bending.
• Learning to weld & sand up to a skill level.
• Driving for deliveries/pickups
• General housekeeping & workshop cleanliness.
