Urgent Appeal for Medical Support and Prayers 🙏
We believe we are called to use our gifts and talents to serve others. At present, we are supporting several individuals in our community facing critical health challenges:
Patient A
Diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer and currently admitted at MTRH Eldoret. Treatment has been delayed due to a severe shortage of chemotherapy medication.
Patient B
A small-scale farmer in rural Kenya who nearly lost his leg. He requires urgent specialist care, highlighting the ongoing shortage of surgical support in underserved areas.
Elderly Patient (Misikhu Mission Hospital)
An elderly woman with a fractured shoulder requires an implant within the next week. Without this intervention, her condition poses a serious risk to her life.
The Reality
Musculoskeletal conditions and trauma account for nearly 35% of deaths in our region. Securing donor support remains a challenge, with many funding offers tied to high administrative and travel costs, limiting the direct impact on patients.
How You Can Help
Pray with us
For healing, provision, and strength for the patients and their families.
Sponsorship and Leads
We welcome connections to individuals or organisations able to provide direct support for medication or implants with minimal overheads.
We also invite you to support this appeal financially.

From all of us at Medinsure, we wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May this festive season bring joy, health, and happiness to your home. 🎄✨"
During our surgical mission at Rapha Hospital, we had the opportunity to visit the Renal Unit, where our Director, Daniel Pate, had a meaningful conversation with the unit’s administrator.
Having a dedicated renal unit is a major milestone for Rapha Hospital—one that has already transformed the lives of many patients living with kidney conditions by giving them access to consistent, specialized care.
At Medinsure, we are keen to support and strengthen this vital unit so that more kidney patients can receive the help, dignity, and hope they deserve. We warmly call upon our donors and sponsors to partner with us in supporting the Rapha Hospital Renal Unit and help sustain life-saving care for those who need it most. đź’™

On 10th December, hope found a new home as Charity carried out yet another impactful intervention—this time supporting Maseno Mission Hospital. The Patron of the hospital, Rt. Rev. Charles Asilutwa, who also serves as the Bishop of the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) Diocese of Maseno North, met with the Medinsure leadership team in Eldoret to receive a vital consignment of medical supplies.
The Medinsure delegation was led by the Board Chair, Daniel Ademba Pate, who reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to strengthening healthcare systems across underserved communities. The donation included essential medical supplies such as isolation gowns, swabs, face shields, and other critical items required for patient care and infection control.
Speaking during the handover, Rt. Rev. Asilutwa expressed gratitude for the support, acknowledging the meaningful role such resources play in enabling frontline healthcare workers to offer quality services. For Maseno Mission Hospital—an institution that has, for years, been a pillar of healing for surrounding communities—these supplies are more than materials; they represent safety, dignity, and care.
Medinsure believes that every patient deserves access to quality healthcare regardless of their background or circumstance. By supporting facilities like Maseno Mission Hospital, the organisation continues to bridge service gaps, empower medical teams, and restore hope where it is needed most.
"We are deeply honoured to partner with Maseno Mission Hospital,” said Pate. “Our gratitude goes to the entire Maseno fraternity for opening their doors and allowing us to play even a small part in ensuring patients receive quality, life-saving care.”
This intervention marks yet another milestone in Medinsure’s ongoing mission to uplift communities through compassionate, collaborative, and sustainable healthcare support.
Our Medinsure Board Chair, Mr. Daniel Ademba Pate, reminds us why this mission exists: it all began with diasporans choosing to give back to the communities that raised them. 🌍❤️
That spirit of gratitude continues to power every surgery, every smile, and every life changed.
We had a quick chat with Dr. Ngugi Wamuyu, one of the CWO orthopedic surgeons, and he shared incredibly positive feedback about his experience at Rapha Hospital.
Patients travelled from far and wide—and the greatest joy was watching them walk back home with smiles on their faces after receiving the care they needed.
Moments like these remind us why the Medinsure Surgical Mission matters. 💙✨
