Perth weather keeps us humble.
Fortunately, contingency plans, experienced event managers and guests finding the bar within 30 seconds have proven significantly more reliable.

Cocktail hour, but make it dangerous.
Scallops dressed properly.
Steak sangas doing the most.
Arancini that never made it past one lap of the room.
And that Korean fried chicken… yeah, it didn’t stand a chance.
Then the sashimi & oyster bar quietly stole the show.
Fresh slices, cold pours, a little ponzu moment, a little mignonette situation…
