Nourished.
I did a Breathwork with a shaman recently.
It’s all landing now 🥹❤️
Today was the first day I felt so clear and deeply grateful for all the love that’s around.
And god bless, like god freakin bless having gfs you can say in the same sentence, “I’m good actually, I’ve been thru a death cycle but I’m getting clarity around my business.”
And they just get it.

It’s like the catch 22 of consciousness, who feels this?
Which one are you feeling the most?
There’s such honesty in the body.
I’ve been dialling up all of my practices lately, and I didn’t realise just how contracted I’d become.
Yesterday I had a session and found a place of complete surrender, where God consciousness moved through me.
The tears were beautiful.
I’m committed to finding that state every day, even if only for a few moments.
So this is your reminder to stop.
Not just physically, but mentally too.
Sometimes we become so familiar with living in a contracted state that we forget there’s another way to feel.
Don’t wait til something happens to remember the importance of you, your wellbeing, your inner sanctuary.
The body has a way of bringing you home.
That home is the place you deserve to honour most not anyone or anything above it.
