📣 Attention everyone! 🎉 We're overjoyed to announce the launch of the newly designed and developed website for Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB), brought to you by our talented team!

Working closely with the MCB team, a major focus of the design and build was to improve user experience and better cater for the diverse range of MCB's customers and website users.

An example of this, the improved mobile experience provides users with an intuitive footer interface. This interface helps users easily contact MCB by phone or to quickly find directions to one of the Cemeteries which works seamlessly with Google Maps or Apple Maps on mobile devices.

We are excited to announce the redesigned Wesfarmers Sustainability homepage. This year in anticipation of the Sustainability reporting launch, we worked closely with the Sustainability team to give their front page a big facelift.

The design was created specifically with the Sustainability reporting content in mind, we are extremely happy with the results, as are the Sustainability team who have received very positive feedback from their stakeholders.

Due to growth, we are seeking a Account Coordinator to help assist daily account management and operations for our portfolio of clients.

The Role
To be successful in this position, you will be a passionate and self-motivated individual who is able to take the initiative and ownership over any given task.
The role will report directly to the Business Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team with the following activities:
• Managing and coordinating a portfolio of Diviv's customers work including customer communications (Tickets, Emails, Phone, Meetings)
• Coordinating and scheduling work with Diviv team members
• Qualifying sales opportunities – calling / emailing client prospects to understand their requirements
• Contribution to Social Media content and blogs
• Writing and amending proposal and contract documents

• This role provdes flexible around time and would be ideal for someone returning to work and or working around school hours

Your Experience
• Work experience within the IT Industry and ideally a general high level understanding of web and software technologies and development processes
• Previous experience in a client facing, customer service based role, ideally coordinating customer accounts within the IT sector

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Experience estimating the delivery of development projects
