Make your project stand out with our exclusive pattered concrete walls.

Creating a stunning double sided patterned wall that will always stand out from the rest. Patterned Concrete Walls is an exclusive licensee in Australia for the manufacture of a concrete wall system developed by Verti-Crete. The proprietary method of vertically casting the wall panels and piers allows the creation of a double sided moulded stone pattern that when erected and stained provides a stu

Another project complete 👏

Our project backing onto the Armadale train line is now finished, reaching ‘wall-up’ stage in just 17 days onsite — delivering 386 lineal metres of noise wall to help protect future residents of this new estate from noise generated by the adjacent PTA rail corridor.

Finished with a combination of our Ledgestone and Dryfit patterns, this wall doesn’t just provide practical noise protection — it delivers a finish that looks great too.

This project required close coordination between the civil contractor and PC Walls to ensure works adjacent to the train line were completed safely and in accordance with PTA requirements. With permits, rail spotters, and restricted work zones involved throughout sections of the project, strong communication and teamwork were essential to delivering a successful outcome.

A great result by the team and another project successfully delivered. 🚧

Painting has officially begun at our Albany Hwy project. The team are currently busy applying the primer coat, with colour to follow in the coming days.

This 386 lineal metre wall is helping protect the new estate from noise generated by the adjacent train line — and with our painting setup, even a stretch this long is handled efficiently. 👌

We always use DuluxGroup Weathershield across our projects, delivering a high-quality finish built to handle harsh Australian conditions and stand the test of time.

Our install crew has officially kicked off works on a combined noise and retaining wall at the Vista Estate in Karnup.

Working along side the civil contractor Tracc Civil, our wall spans approximately 286m in length and reaches a maximum effective height of 6.1m, this is a significant structure, with retaining heights up to 2.6m in sections. Due to the scale, select areas require in-situ elements, demanding a high level of coordination, planning, and teamwork across the crew.

The wall will be finished in our Castlestone pattern, delivering both functionality and a strong visual outcome.

Like all our projects, safety, precision, and strong teamwork are essential — and the crew is delivering, with the bottom row of panels currently being installed and upper sections to follow once backfilling is complete.

Stay tuned over the coming weeks as we share progress updates.

We are proud to deliver 156m of combined retaining and noise wall for Stage 1 of The Glades development at Cardup Brook. Designed with a plain pattern on both sides and finished in a clean, neutral colour palette.

Thanks to the speed and efficiency of our precast products, the wall was fully erected and painted in just 14 days — a great achievement by the crew. Our team is already onsite delivering the next stage, progressing east along Orton Road

Just landed onsite at our next project at the Aarya Estate, Piara Waters for our clients Satterley👷‍♂️

Working in with the civil contractor Wormall Civil Pty Ltd, we are currently unloading trucks of our precast panels, with our excavator feeding directly into our loader. This setup allows us to deliver material straight to the wall alignment—eliminating the need for expensive access tracks to the wall.

Having our own loader means tight or tricky access is no issue. The result is a safer, more efficient install that helps us deliver a quality product at great value for our clients. 💪🏗️

🌱 Sustainability in action 🌱

Since making the switch to Holcim's ECOPact concrete in 2023, we’ve avoided 1,051 tonnes of CO₂ emissions compared with standard concrete.

That’s the equivalent of:
🚗 Taking 228 cars off the road for a year
or
🏠 Powering 210 Aussie homes for a year
or
🌍 Avoiding 526 long-haul flights

ECOPact is Holcim’s low-carbon concrete, designed to cut emissions by using alternative materials such as recycled aggregates and supplementary cementitious materials — reducing the reliance on traditional cement, the biggest source of CO₂ in concrete.

A simple change in material choice is creating a big impact — and we’re just getting started. 🌿

🎉 PC Walls just turned 15! 🎉

Last week our close-knit team came together to celebrate the journey so far – from the early days to where we stand today.

We even dug up some old photos of our Landsdale yard being set up, back when our very first formwork arrived. A lot has changed since then, but it’s always nice to look back on those humble beginnings and realise just how far we’ve come.

In these 15 years, none of it would have been possible without our incredible staff, tireless subcontractors, and loyal clients. Thank you for being part of the PC Walls story – here’s to many more good times ahead! 💪🙌

It was a pleasure to work with the team at Red Dust Holdings, we look forward to many more!

When planning meets precision, speed follows.

Our team set a new record for lineal metres of wall installed in a day on our recent project at Satterley's Florence Estate in Mandogalup. 196m of piers and panels where installed in a day with precision, safety, and efficiency at the forefront.

Once back fill is completed on this lower section, we can begin installing the top row and get everything ready for paint!

The team is hard at work on another 423m addition to the Florence Estate for Satterley, this time across Stage 10. This brings the total wall length installed across all stages so far to 1722m, that's a lot of wall!! In this video, we’re installing the bottom row of panels. Once complete, we’ll leave site to allow the civil contractor time to complete backfill, creating a safe working platform for us to install the top row — bringing the total wall height to 4.8m. We are crossing over the Bunbury–Dampier gas pipeline — a challenge both technically and regulatory — but nothing our dynamic crew can’t handle. In fact, the team has set a new daily record for the most wall we have installed in a single day… stay tuned for the full story!
