Just a few of the many bruises I got while being in hospital it was truly no fun at all. My right arm is where they got access to the angioplasty. I now have a stent in. I am back home. I have been home since Wednesday but been too tired to actually do anything today. I have felt a bit better. My lifestyle has changed dramatically and I can’t believe that what I was eating was still not good enough. I eat that many fruit and vegetables but it’s not just that it’s the sauce you put on them etc. So all that went in the bin for good if I am never to have experienced this again then I have to do the right thing by my heart literally.

I think unless you had a heart attack you dont get how bad it can be and life changing I left hospital today with 7 more tablets will have to take now for the the rest of my life add the 4 pills I alrerady took and boy ! but I was told that If i had not come in when i did it would have been really bad
don’t dismiss the signs like I did until it was clear that it was a heart attack don’t say it can never happen to me because it can happen to anyone because one day i am fine the next I am really not and in the ward where I was there were people of all ages sometimes we think we are taking good care of ourselves when things happen get checked out and go to hospital if you have any chest pain that really doesn’t feel right 👍

I had heart attack today. Did not even think it was one but called ambulance. Got such bad chest pain turned out to be heart attack. Nothing matters more than your health. Nothing absolutely nothing. If you don’t have your health you have nothing lucky. I’m in hospital and hopefully I’ll be fine but I’m in here for a few days now.

Out my artwork on a quilt cover think it turned out ok I like the piece of artwork slot it was a trial to see if it looked good or not. I am not actually doing them but would do them if there was a lot of interest only but otherwise I will not be doing them but it looks good on mybed🤗
