Have your say on the future of Motorsport in WA

A statewide Motorsport Economic Impact Survey is now open, and it’s important we capture a true picture of what our industry represents.

Motorsport is not just about annual spend, it is built on significant long-term investment.

Race vehicles, engines, trailers, tools, and safety equipment represent a substantial portion of the industry’s economic footprint. These are high-value assets, often purchased over many years, and may not be reflected in a typical 12-month snapshot.

Before completing the survey, please consider the following:

• If your spending has been lower this year, indicate this and use the comments section to explain why (e.g. venue closures, event cancellations)

• Include major purchases (vehicles, engines, safety gear), even if they are not made every year

• If you traveled interstate to compete, include those costs as part of your motorsport spend

• Think beyond race day - include preparation, maintenance, storage, and transport costs

• If you are part of a team or family involvement, consider the broader household contribution

And importantly, use the written response sections to explain anything that has impacted your involvement.

Just one of those bits nobody will ever see.

There is something satisfying about modifying an already very nice produce and not making a complete meal of it.

Symmetry is so frustrating and yet so pleasing. This twin 3” system with mufflers sure had the new 460 setup purring. The exhaust was just one of the tasks we completed to help finally get this thing out on the road but of course its always the most rewarding 😉

If you arent utilising hardlines in your setup why not? The reliability, simplicity, weight and rigidity. Not only are they neater around intricate shapes but they are less likely to snag if you go on a little adventure.

Just a nice little exhaust for a nice a little car, the last job finished up before Christmas.

Sometimes you just need the fuel lines on the other side of the car! Hard lines are the way to go for tight spaces.
