I wish I could show you the rest of this disaster as the pics don't do it justice.
Owner wasn't happy with the job because it was so bad, but she did pay them up front.
So, she called me because I was recommended.
Apparently I was too expensive!

Second story renovations are difficult due to the logistical nightmare of lugging everything up and down stairs.
In those cases it's easier to team up with Matt from Professional Tiling ( my brother) and pitch in to get it done!
