MATINENCE MAN REQUIRED for part time work. ABN and white card required. Looking for someone that is reliable, trustworthy and legitimate. Most importantly must be a hardworker and show up on time! Immediate start. Work NOR & SOR. Work involves: some plaster patching, No More Gapping, Cornice repairs, Mortarfilling, Brick and Brickpaving repairs. Generally have a know how basic mantience. There will be times when you will be required to help install doors and shelving, also door handles, towel rails, toilet roll holders etc. Depending on quantity and quality of workmanship will depend on how much work will be available.
