🎶☕ Meet the Father 🎶
Baritone Brett Peart takes on the role of the formidable father in Bach’s Coffee Cantata in collaboration with West Australian Opera — and he’s bringing both swagger and charm to the stage.
A Perth-born graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (Bachelor of Music, Classical Vocal Performance), Brett is a former Wesfarmers Arts Young Artist (2024–2025), and recipient of the prestigious Bendat Scholarship and Roberts Emerging Artist Award.
Described by The West Australian as “full of braggadocio but also beguiling charm” and praised by Seesaw Magazine as “especially successful in getting into his vocal stride,” Brett is a regular and much-loved performer with West Australian Opera.
Get ready for comic flair and a father determined to keep coffee under control… or is he? 😉🎭
Djilba - crisp, clear days, warmer weather, occasional rain. Marked by early blooming wildflowers and the emergence of newborn wildlife.
