We shared insights on how regular, intentional movement supports balance, coordination, and confidence as we age, and why the simple act of practicing moving down to the floor and back up again can make a world of difference.

This skill not only reduces the risks associated with a long-lie after a fall, but also helps maintain independence, mobility, and self-assurance in daily life.

On May 16, we joined the Seniors Activity Day in Leederville with a powerful message: functional movement is key to ageing well.

We shared our chair-based strength and mobility program for 65+, empowering participants to stay independent, recover from falls, and thrive in daily life.

Grateful to the Seniors Recreation Council of WA for this incredible opportunity—and excited to return for the Healthy Lifestyles event in July!
