This Caterpillar 18M3 has been completed by the Daltech team and is now ready for delivery.

Looking after people, both in and out of the workplace is something we genuinely believe in, and we're grateful to have played a small part in a campaign that helps raise awareness and support for two important organisations.

Recently, our 2025 Employee of the Year, Johno, and 2025 Leader of the Year, Brandon, were rewarded with a well-earned fishing trip to Exmouth alongside Daltech Directors Dillan and Chad.

Johno and Brandon consistently go above and beyond, demonstrating the values, commitment and work ethic that help drive Daltech forward every day. Their contributions to our teams have not gone unnoticed, and this trip was a small way of saying thank you for everything they do.

Congratulations once again on your well-deserved achievements. We hope the trip was filled with great fishing, plenty of laughs and memories to last a lifetime.
