Our motto is Gelato for everyone! This is an ode to Joe’s home country of Italy and a thank-you to his adoptive country of Australia. Joe gives back with flavour, fun and care – producing a delicious product that is sensitive to both planet and palate. No additives, no emulsifiers. Each of these small jars is meticulously crafted “a mano” by hand, using traditional artisanal techniques. Our process involves a slow and careful churn in our stone grinders, incorporating the finest local and imported ingredients.

Dear friends,
We’re about to embark on an epic adventure to Italy until the 17th of July.
This trip will give us the chance to recharge, learn, taste and bring as much knowledge back to Perth.

Not having a physical store or a big storage , we make gelato only when we need. By doing that we ensure that the product is sold as fresh as possible.
Thanks to the help of producers and suppliers we can also deliver a more ethical and sustainable product , clean label and additives free.

We care about the quality of our ingredients, importing some from specialist pockets of Italy and sourcing others as close to home as possible. Our Nocciola IGP delle Langhe is on his way to Perth from Alba in Piedmont.
