TEAM SPOTLIGHT

A huge shoutout to Cobb Dickinson, Harry Winmar, Derek Winmar, Josephine Bradshaw, Jamie Grey & Damien Hosie from our OHP3 team for the outstanding work continuing to be delivered on site.

The team recently received exceptional feedback from our client, recognising the consistently high standard of work, strong housekeeping practices and ongoing commitment to improving safety outcomes across the area.

“The work being carried out across OHP3 continues to be of a high standard, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do.”

It’s great to see the team’s hard work, teamwork and professionalism being recognised. This feedback reflects the pride, commitment and strong culture the crew brings to site every day.

Well done team — a quality result and well deserved recognition for everyone involved.

Today marks the beginning of National Reconciliation Week.

We also recognise the significance of the 1967 Referendum — a historic step towards recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our nation.

It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come, and the role we all play in continuing that progress.

This year’s theme “All In” calls on all of us to step forward — to learn, reflect and take meaningful action.

At MIB Projects, we’re committed to continuing that journey through respect, understanding and real action.

Today, we acknowledge National Sorry Day. We recognise the strength of the Stolen Generations and the ongoing impact this history has on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. At MIB Projects, respect starts with listening, learning, and acknowledging the past.

As we approach National Reconciliation Week, this year’s theme “All In” is a clear call to step forward — together.

At MIB Projects, we see reconciliation as an ongoing commitment. It’s about listening, learning, and taking meaningful action that supports our people, our communities, and our future.

We begin with a moment of reflection on National Sorry Day, acknowledging the Stolen Generations and the importance of truth-telling as we move forward.

We encourage everyone to take this time to prepare — start conversations, deepen your understanding, and find your own way to be involved.

Key dates:
• 26 May – National Sorry Day
• 27 May – 1967 Referendum
• 3 June – Mabo Decision
