Here at Injury Matters, we love taking the opportunity to celebrate our diverse team, show our support for inclusive safe workplaces, and advocate for equality.
Love always wins, and we're cheering from the pride-lines as a member of ACON's Welcome Here Project, an initiative helping businesses across Australia create environments that are visibly welcoming and inclusive of LGBTQ+ communities.

Elder abuse can take many forms, including physical, psychological, social, sexual or financial. Raising awareness is important, but with an ageing population, we need more than awareness.
We need stronger, more connected systems that understand the complex challenges older adults face. Systems that can prevent abuse, respond effectively, and uphold the dignity, independence, and rights of older people.
