We've been busy picking you the best and freshest organic produce in Perth. Lots of colourful cauliflower, Broccoli, green/black and red kale, Bokchoi, Pakchoi, fennel, silverbeet, rainbow chard, leeks, Lettuces, Beetroot, Kohlrabi, Jerusalem artichokes, Nettles, red mustard, red spring onions, daikon radish, lemons, limes naval oranges, Cara Cara oranges, and avacado's.
We have FRESH BEEF CUTS, Pork Belly, Pork Leg Roasts, Goat 1kg pieces perfect for curry's or stews Plus BEEF BONES for bones broth.
CAPRINO FARM Goat milk 1litre and yoghurt 500g
LOCAL GOAT Cheeses, farmhouse Romano, Camembert, plain Feta and Feta with Siracha chilli as well as their delicious GELATO in various flavours

Honestly this is the best line up of fresh fish! Come and chat cooking, sexy fish fillets, juicy oysters and wintery goodness this Saturday and Sunday

Tomorrow is market day at Perth City Farm
Its raining citrus now and we've got plenty of naval oranges, imperial mandarins, lemons and limes fresh of the tree's. Come and get some plus lots of our organic vegies. Cauliflowers are ready and lots of colours available. See you all tomorrow 8am to 12pm every Saturday.

Now this is real beef mince 😍 Bright red, nothing else but pure beef. Grass feed from my amazing friends Michelle & Mario from their farm They pride themselves on premium grade produce. The flavour is sensational! I eat fish 2-3 times per week so I’m great at balancing my omega 3’s, selenium, iodine, B12’s, magnesium, zinc etc but my iron level can drop quiet low being a woman so I ensure I balance my diet. Adding their pumpkin, zucchini & garlic I do a big cook up every couple of months with their mince to ensure I eat healthy to keep my immune system fighting fit during those freezing cold market mornings 🥰💪💕

Lovely for and I to get a visit from our Mr Deputy Mayor who wears many hats and is also our local Freo Crayfisherman 🥰 And his lovely wife Georgia and best pup Benny 🐾 Supporting local is so important and appreciated
