🏡 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲? Increased stamp duty exemptions and concessions are now available for WA first home buyers.

✅ No stamp duty for homes up to $500,000
✅ Reduced stamp duty for homes up to $700,000 in Perth/Peel or $750,000 in regional WA
✅ No stamp duty for vacant land up to $350,000, with discounts up to $450,000
✅ No stamp duty for off-the-plan properties up to $750,000

The changes apply to transactions entered into from 21 March 2025.

Starting TODAY, we've introduced a 75% stamp duty rebate for off-the-plan apartment purchases.

It's another measure to help stimulate the property and construction sectors, to create jobs for Western Australians.

Today Bespoke Settlements completed its first transaction via PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) an electronic property settlement system. PEXA's purpose is to assist in the lodgement of documents with Land Registries and to finalise financial settlements electronically. The result was a seamless and expeditious settlement for my client through a faster transactional process.
