Custom made Deutsch Connector Cable Harness. This is a small batch build, with client supplied components, with Convergence supplying the manufacturing.

All cable harnesses are made to specifications detailed by the client, with no detail to small.

We use only use factory speced crimpers and dies, with all pins used in the manufacturing of our work. We are continually adding to our collection of tools and dies.

We've just completed a hand based PCB assembly job for the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development. We're currently up to revsion 6 of this PCB, as improvements and software updates are continually being done after field tests and deployment.
