Equipment we recently supplied to a Perth-based lab working with mineral sands.

They added one of our cartridge dust collectors as well as five Oskar articulated extraction arms to their work space to accommodate their process stations. Due to limited space, the dust collector was installed upstairs with ducting running downstairs to the extraction arms.

Extraction arms like these are great for fumes as well as fine particles. Their flexible joints make them the perfect solution for catching pollutants right at the source, keeping the air clean and the workplace safe.

Filter changes can become urgent very quickly when left too late.
This one had to be carried out in a hurry due to the Dust Extraction System's performance deteriorating and dust being released into the atmosphere.
900 filter bags had to be ordered in and APCINFRA managed to expedite the delivery of those from 8 weeks down to 2. We then also supplied the skilled manpower to remove the old bags and install the fresh set. Within less than a month, the system was back up and running as it should.

Throwback to 2020 when an Australian brick manufacturer contacted us for one of their Perth factories.
As you can see in the first picture, their old dust extraction system could not keep up with the amount of dust that was being put out during their fabrication processes. Our team was shocked when they first went to site and walked through ankle-deep dust. This was a serious health hazard to anyone around and we quickly got to work and designed a PulseAir (PA) Dust Collector that would be able to able to handle the dust load. The customer gave their 'okay' and our manufacturing team took over and made plans into reality. Below some snippets of the fabrication process - from the first panel being welded to the dust collector being sent to site.
Our customer's feedback was overwhelmingly positve, their employees reported instant improvement of the air quality.
