Safety Legends 🌟 Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve seen some excellent examples of safety culture from carpentry apprentices Max, Tahj, and Lewis. We want to take a moment to shout them out for taking safety seriously, and for actively contributing to safer work sites.

Max has shown a great attitude toward PPE requirements and safety overall, and he consistently contributed thoughtful feedback during safety learning sessions, setting a great example of good safety culture amongst his peers.

Tahj has been consistently engaged in safety discussions and demonstrated strong communication skills during our safety learning sessions. He consistently gets involved in group conversations around safety, and has a great understanding of what’s expected around site.

Lewis is always happy to discuss safety on site and has been enthusiastic about participating in safety conversations. He stood out for his positive attitude toward safety initiatives and appreciation of ABN’s focus on apprentice wellbeing. He was also actively involved in providing feedback and contributing to discussions during safety learning sessions.

Well done again to all three apprentices for setting a great example on site 👏

Cheers Busso! We had a great night at The Deck in Busselton celebrating our South West subbies last week. Thank you to every single one of you who came down and shared a meal and a drink with us. It was a beautiful spot out on the water for a couple of bevvies 👌
