Smooth Ceilings

Back on the tools today to finish cornicing two bathrooms in Bickley.

This week’s job - outdoor games/man cave.

Today is sanding day and clean up. 🧹🧽 One large lounge room turned into two bedrooms.

This week sees us in Armadale pulling down, replacing the ceiling and cornice and making this huge lounge into two rooms. Loving the old plaster glass cornice and it’s such a shame to remove it!

New job in Greenmount this week. Insulation in!

P50 finish or shadow line finish is one of our favourites. A lot of work but once painted, amazing finish. This one has been spray painted black to give it more definition.

Our next job is a shop fit out in Ellenbrook. Today was just the reception/entry point.

Part 4 - Flushed & Finished!

Part 3 - Stud Walls. Framing and gyprock to stud walls and storeroom.

Part 2 - Sheeting. Gyprock to exposed brick. Steel framing, insulation and gyprock to raked ceiling.

Part 1 - Before. Our last job took four weeks and the transformation AMAZING! This house had exposed brick internal walls which our client wanted to cover up to add brightness and a modern feel.

Remove and replace ceiling and cornice to garage done!
