How To Be Well
Welcome to a page where mental health is normalised and where my journey through depression and anxiety is shared. You play a crucial part to this world.

Here’s a little insight into what my Wednesdays have been looking like recently. My days vary A LOT, but my Wednesday seems to be one of the most consistent. It’s certainly no glitz and glam but that’s the point… I want to keep it authentic and show you a little bit of the work that goes on behind the scenes to try and make it all work. Like most of us these days, we are juggling a lot. You are not alone in this. Don’t forget to always prioritise yourself, and set firm boundaries to where your energy goes. Look out for yourself, and invest in YOU. You are doing better than your brain is probably telling you ✨
No shame in needing a little help to make life feel a tonne better. Yes, they aren’t for everyone, but if they’re for you embrace it. It doesn’t mean your weak, it doesn’t mean your incapable, it just means… like everyone, you need a bit of support, and this is a way you receive it 🤍
The amount of editing I needed to do to actually get this post onto my community. Why do they come at the most inconvenient times 😭

In a world where we are constantly looking down, thinking what’s next, it’s rare we remember to stay present and to just be. I certainly am someone that always forgets to appreciate where I am. I’ve been trying to consciously take note of the small beauty’s in each day that I often wouldn’t even notice. When those moments happen a sense of calm and tranquility rush over me, and I feel okay again. I remember that life is meant to be lived and it’s important to recognise that we are living rather than being in autopilot. The power of being present is an extremely underrated tool to calm our nervous system. So, if you’re like me, and are constantly thinking of the what’s next, what do I need to do, what do others want from me, and forget to remember where you currently are standing… try stay present, even just for an evening. Play a card game, eat dinner by candle light, have a conversation eye to eye with someone. Appreciate the small moments, it’s those beauty’s that make life special ✨
My little life ✨😭🩷

A CALL OUT TO ANYONE WITH A VAN, or A VAN COMPANY!! We are heading North of WA in September to deliver mental health workshops to remote communities in hopes to increase support seeking behaviours. However, I need a vessel. I need some way to travel around from town to town, sleep, cook, and call home. Please reach out or tag any companies that might be willing to sponsor this mission. Without it, it won’t be possible 🩷🩷🩷. (Ps. No one responds to my emails so this is my alternate route)
Also if you’re a shire, school, or workplace that is located in the North of WA and want to be involved in the tour, I’d love to come visit 🤍
Gymnastics is one of the few sports that has other people judging you on how perfect you are, and on the skills you successfully complete to decide whether you’re ‘good enough’. Naturally, my brain developed the understanding that this was a normal way to live, and that the opinions of others define your worth. There was no such things as self-validation.
My early adulthood has been developing a sense of self-worth, and internal validation… a journey of understanding that I am worthy, no matter what I’m achieving, and life isn’t about being perfect.
If you’re in the same boat, I’ve written a free e book mapping out my experiences to support you through your journey. You can find it online through the link in my bio 🩷🩷🩷
WE DID IT ✨✨✨✨✨✨
Officially 200 online orders and my biggest month of impact so far. Last year I had a goal of receiving a single order each month… this year we hit 200!!
Every merch piece has been designed by me in my bedroom with a simple but meaningful purpose… to cultivate communities that feel empowered, encouraged, and safe to seek support they need. I’m so grateful to now have over 200 of you proudly creating impact in your communities 🥹🥹🥹🥹.
THANK YOU to everyone who has supported this journey so far, and I can’t to continue to shed light on the importance of conversation, and connection. I literally couldn’t have made this milestone without you and the continuous support this community has for my mission! Maybe next year I’ll be able to move out of the corner of my parents house and into a warehouse 👀👀✨🩷🩷🩷
