A cleaner kitchen starts with cleaner lines.

Handleless cabinetry has become increasingly popular in modern homes, particularly in kitchens, creating a seamless look that allows the materials and craftsmanship to take centre stage.

Rather than breaking up the joinery with hardware, integrated finger pulls maintain uninterrupted surfaces across the cabinetry, resulting in a cleaner and more cohesive finish.

We're seeing more clients gravitate towards this style because it reduces visual clutter and shifts the focus to what matters most: the quality of the joinery, material selections and overall composition of the space.

It's a subtle detail, but one that can completely change the feel of a kitchen.

Brickwork taking shape in our Melville project 🧱

You can now really start to understand the scale and layout of the home. It’s also the point where the home begins to feel more real for our clients, spaces that were once lines on a plan now have height, proportion and presence.

From here, the focus shifts towards the roof cover, enclosing the structure and moving the build into its next phase. It won’t be long before this becomes something they can walk through, stand in and start to picture their life in.

A custom home is about more than choosing finishes or tweaking a floor plan.

It's about creating a home that works for the way you actually live. The kitchen where you want it. Living spaces designed around how your family uses them. Natural light considered from the beginning. Storage where it's needed. A layout that makes sense for your block and lifestyle.

One of the biggest reasons people choose to build custom is to avoid compromise. Rather than adapting to someone else's design decisions, they're able to create a home that suits their needs from day one.

A custom home gives you the opportunity to get it right from the start.

Our Shelley project has come a long way, what was once a worksite filled with trades, materials and moving parts is now a lived-in family home.

It’s easy to think that building a home takes too long or feels like too much to take on. But when you look back at the process, it often moves quicker than expected. Each stage builds on the last, and before you know it, you’re walking through a home that’s been brought together exactly as you imagined.

If you’re thinking about starting your home build journey, reach out and see what we can do for you.

Small details, big impact.

This bathroom leans into a more classic feel through the choice of tapware and basin, but with a few changes, the same space could easily shift into a more modern direction. Fixtures like these might seem minor on their own, but they play a big role in defining the overall style of a home. The shape of a basin, the finish of tapware, even the profile of handles, all working together to create a consistent look and feel.

By keeping the more permanent elements like tiles and cabinetry timeless and versatile, it allows flexibility in the overall design. Fixtures and finer details can then be updated over time, giving the space a new direction without needing to completely renovate.

Progress moving well on this single storey home in Carine.

With the brickwork complete and the roof frame in place, the build is now shifting towards getting the home under cover. This stage is less about what you see visually, and more about preparing the structure for everything that follows.

Once the roof cover is on, windows and doors are installed, bringing the home into lock-up. From there, the focus moves inside, with trades working through services, internal walls and the early stages of finishes.

Finishing final stages of our Darling Downs build, where painting touch-ups, detailing, fit-off and site clean-up are underway before handover.

At this point, the major construction work is complete and the focus shifts to refinement. Ensuring every finish, fixture and detail is completed to the standard the home deserves before keys are passed over.

The exciting part now is seeing it all come together in its finished form. Not long to go.

From an old shopfront to a modern home 🏠

Our North Perth project has come a long way, transformed from a dated commercial shell into a warm, lived-in residence designed for modern-day living.

What was once a completely different kind of space has been reimagined into a home that now feels open, functional and full of character, while still retaining elements of the original structure that give it its unique identity.

Seeing the before and after side by side is a reminder of just how much potential an existing space can hold with the right vision behind it.

If you’re planning a renovation or extension, let us help bring that vision to life.

A selection of finishes isn’t about one standing out over another, but how each surface contributes to the overall feel of the home.

The materials selected for our Ashfield project each bring something different. Some add depth, some introduce pattern, while others soften or break up the space. Individually, they each have a role. Together, they create a layered, cohesive result that feels refined without being overworked.

Painting is one of the final stages in a home build. By this point, the majority of trades have completed their work, which helps avoid damage, marks or rework on freshly painted surfaces.

It also allows the finish to be applied once everything is properly set. Materials have settled, external elements are in place, and the home is ready for that final layer that brings everything together visually 🏠
