Our Treeby project is coming together nicely, now just one step away from key handover.
At this stage, you can really start to see the personality of the home come through. The richness of the wood cabinetry adds warmth, the brick feature wall brings texture and depth, and the arched entry creates a unique design feature.
With completion right around the corner, we’re looking forward to seeing the final touches come together and the home fully realised.

Creating a seamless aesthetic starts with the details you don't think about. It's easy to focus on cabinetry colours and benchtop selections, but often it's the practical elements that determine whether a kitchen feels cohesive or not.
Microwaves, appliances, power points and fixtures all serve an important purpose, but if they're not considered early in the design process, they can end up feeling disconnected from the rest of the space.
Every selection in our Myaree kitchen has been made with the overall outcome in mind. The cabinetry, stone surfaces, fixtures and appliances work together rather than competing for attention, helping the kitchen feel balanced, cohesive and intentional.

A look inside our Beckenham project while the formwork is in place.
We’re currently at the stage of preparing for the second storey slab across this townhouse. Formwork is what allows that next level to take shape, acting as the temporary support that holds the concrete in place while it’s poured and set.
You’ll see the network of props and beams throughout the space, all carefully positioned to carry the load of the slab above. Once the concrete is poured and cured, the formwork is removed, revealing the floor of the second level and allowing the build to continue upward.
Not long now until the second storey starts to come together.
Walking you through our Bayswater project 🏠
One of the standout features of this home is the split-level layout. While designs like this are often influenced by the site itself, they can bring some real benefits to the way a home feels and functions.
The subtle change in levels helps create separation between spaces without closing them off, giving each area its own identity while still maintaining an open and connected feel throughout the home.
With some work still to be done, we're looking forward to seeing this home come together.

Bathroom inspo for your next build.
The perfect example of colour being introduced without overwhelming the space. The deep green wall tiles bring texture, depth and character, while the variation within the tile creates interest that feels refined rather than bold.
Dark timber cabinetry balances that richness, grounding the palette and complementing the natural tones running through the tiles. Brushed metal tapware introduces another layer of texture, while the integrated lighting behind the mirror softens the overall look and creates a subtle glow throughout the room.
Every selection feels connected, from the tiles and cabinetry to the fixtures and lighting. Together, they create a bathroom that feels calm, cohesive and thoughtfully designed.

The personality of this Mullaloo home is starting to come through.
It's exciting to see this project moving further through the build, with cabinetry and tiling now installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, bringing colour, texture and character into the home. Selections that have existed on plans, mood boards and samples are now coming to life in the spaces they were chosen for.
From here, the focus shifts towards the final fit-off stage. Fixtures, fittings, painting and finishing touches will continue to transform the home from a construction site into a place ready to be lived in.
Before you know it, this Mullaloo home will be ready for handover 🔑

Key handover in Darling Downs 🔑
One of the best parts of the building process is seeing the moment it officially becomes someone’s home.
It was great to have one of the boys hand over the keys and capture the big smiles on our clients’ faces as they stepped into their new home.
From here, the space becomes theirs. Styled, furnished and lived in, turning what has been an exceptional build into a home filled with personality and life.
We’re proud to have been part of the journey and can’t wait to see how they make it their own.

A cleaner kitchen starts with cleaner lines.
Handleless cabinetry has become increasingly popular in modern homes, particularly in kitchens, creating a seamless look that allows the materials and craftsmanship to take centre stage.
Rather than breaking up the joinery with hardware, integrated finger pulls maintain uninterrupted surfaces across the cabinetry, resulting in a cleaner and more cohesive finish.
We're seeing more clients gravitate towards this style because it reduces visual clutter and shifts the focus to what matters most: the quality of the joinery, material selections and overall composition of the space.
It's a subtle detail, but one that can completely change the feel of a kitchen.
Brickwork taking shape in our Melville project 🧱
You can now really start to understand the scale and layout of the home. It’s also the point where the home begins to feel more real for our clients, spaces that were once lines on a plan now have height, proportion and presence.
From here, the focus shifts towards the roof cover, enclosing the structure and moving the build into its next phase. It won’t be long before this becomes something they can walk through, stand in and start to picture their life in.

A custom home is about more than choosing finishes or tweaking a floor plan.
It's about creating a home that works for the way you actually live. The kitchen where you want it. Living spaces designed around how your family uses them. Natural light considered from the beginning. Storage where it's needed. A layout that makes sense for your block and lifestyle.
One of the biggest reasons people choose to build custom is to avoid compromise. Rather than adapting to someone else's design decisions, they're able to create a home that suits their needs from day one.
A custom home gives you the opportunity to get it right from the start.
