Loop Upcycling
A Social Enterprise leading the way in the circular economy by upcycling corporate waste
These teddy bears will never fail to make you smile!
We are thrilled that Westgold continues to partner with us to upcycle these teddy bears from their hi-vis PPE uniforms.
These teddy bears aren’t only cute, they have a richer meaning.
distributes these teddy bears to the families who work FIFO. They act as a comfort bear and symbol of the parents for their children who miss them on their swing.
As you can see, this isn’t just a fun reminder for children. The entire Loop team had a great time and there was lots of laughter as they turned our marketing assistant, Pia, into a teddy bear.
It’s impossible not to smile when you see these teddies because of the love, comfort and joy they bring.
We showed up, we walked, we ran, and we looked good doing it!
Team Loop hit the course yesterday for the 2026 HBF Run for a Reason in our Loop RE/FORM running gear. Designed from upcycled HBF shirts and transformed into completely new kits by the amazing Lisa Piller from and Jane, one of our talented machinists.
Thank you to every single person who donated to the Loop Foundation. You're helping us build more opportunities for our team, one step at a time.
Waste can be a resource and be given a second life.
At Loop Upcycling we transform textiles to close the loop and create a more circular economy.
We are turning today's waste into tomorrow's sustainable solutions. All it takes is looking differently at your daily practices and business’ processes. From here, circular thinking can lead to establishing more innovative ways to transform redundant waste that can then be used to create new products and opportunities.
From hi-vis uniforms to redundant marketing banners, we are diverting waste from reaching landfill one product at a time.

Run. RE/FORM. Repeat.
As part of The Loop RE/FORM Project, Lisa Piller (Design Steward, RMIT University) has worked with Loop Upcycling to transform redundant HBF Run for a Reason for a Reason shirts into one-of-a-kind running pieces.
Co-created with Loop’s community, the team will wear them in this year’s run – closing the loop and raising funds for the Loop Foundation.
If you’d like to show your support for the Loop team for this years HBF Run for a Reason, you can donate here: https://runforareason26.grassrootz.com/loop-foundation
