Over the last few days, whales have been spotted close to Rockingham Foreshore and throughout Cockburn Sound.

What a glorious sight it is to see these magnificent creatures so close to shore! If you're in the area, keep an eye on the water—you might be able to spot one too. 🐋

Sunshine, happy birds, a full feeder, and a busy bird bath…It's one of those peaceful moments that makes it easy to appreciate the start of the day. Nature's little breakfast club. ☀️🐦💙

Opening whilst we were away, we couldn’t wait to try it… today we ordered a Lemongrass Beef & Crispy Pork Banh Mi & oh my was it amazing !!

Can see this is definitely going to be one of our faves … & we cannot wait to try their other flavours, bao buns, specialty noodle salads & of course the beef pho 🍜

Not to be quite done yet, we later ventured to the new pizzeria The Shed Pizza&Co in Safety Bay for dinner.
WOW this authentic pizza shop in a shed was just amazing, the pizzas absolutely delicious & the staff exceptional plus finished off with one of the best affogatos we have had. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend booking a table - this was a Wednesday night & they were packed. They also do takeaway 🍕

Greg & I enjoyed a day off yesterday to celebrate our our anniversary & what better place to do that than at our favourite little cafe Cafe Barco followed by sipping cocktails on the foreshore at Rockshore Bar and Bistro - Rockingham

This is one of our local favourite places that we always recommend to our guests to check out. We go there every chance we get for a walk around & every time it’s different - plus it’s right opposite our favourite little local, Cafe Barco to stop into afterwards for coffee, breaky or lunch.
