The heart and driving force behind Perth Window Decor. She might be a little reluctant to step in front of the camera, but today we’re shining the light on her in full force.

If you’ve ever met Nina, you’ll know one thing straight away: she doesn’t do things by halves. As she heads into her 12th year in business, that same determination, attention to detail, and quiet persistence are still the backbone of everything we do.

She works bloody, bloody hard! Often in ways no one ever sees. The long days, the problem-solving, the constant focus on getting every detail right… it all happens quietly behind the scenes so that what we deliver to our clients feels effortless.

We’re still very much a small team, and that’s something Nina will never let go of. Staying close to the work means keeping a sharp eye on every detail and making sure the standards she cares so deeply about show up in everything we do.

International Women’s Day is about recognising the strength, resilience, and impact of women across every industry, and Nina embodies that every single day. She leads with determination, integrity, and a genuine passion for what she does.

So today we’re celebrating more than just the finished projects people see. We’re celebrating the late nights, the tough decisions, the behind-the-scenes hustle, and the commitment to doing things the right way.
