Mat Strong blends the control and precision you already know with progressive external load using dumbbells, ankle weights and bands to safely increase strength.

The focus remains the same:

Alignment.
Control.
Core connection.

We simply add load.

Not gonna lie, Mat Pilates is sneaky good. 😎

It looks simple, but it builds deep core strength and I’m not just talking abdominals. Your core is everything from shoulders to knees.
That kind of strength makes every movement feel smoother. From four-point kneeling, to extension, to rolling like a ball. Mat work builds real, usable strength for everyday life.

I challenge you to add just one Mat class into your week.
You’ll be surprised how much difference it makes.

We honestly think Mat Pilates is the best addition to any training week. Even if you’re a Reformer lover, hopping on the mat will only make you stronger and more connected on the Reformer.
