Kolachich is a cake business run by two very passionate bakers/home cooks! For us, taste is everything so for our cakes, we prioritise taste and quality ingredients over decorations. We are starting out selling our delicious cakes at the Bassendean Markets and in time will take orders through facebook. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to message. How sweet is this 🥰 A lovely lady ordered a honey cake for her husband, and when asked what she wanted for the cake topper, she choose this beautiful message ❤ The feedback they provided for this honeycake was just as sweet as the honey used to make it - Fresh honey from Gidgegannup used

Walnut, chocolate, banana cake - Walnut sponge cake layers (4), smothered in chocolate swiss meringue buttercream (2), a layer of banana and two layers of vanilla swiss meringue buttercream ❤ I think the sponge layers could benefit from a brush of simple syrup, but still tasty :)

Mum’s 66th birthday called for a fun cake, inspired by Katherine Sabbaths Pom Pom cake.

Vanilla sponge with a raspberry jam and lemon curd filling, covered in cream cheese frosting and my favorite, MARSHMALLOWS! 🎂
