64 new residents of Constellar Cardup Junction (by Richard Noble) stood on their own blocks for the very first time earlier this year at the estate’s first Meet Your Neighbour event.
Families spoke about what kind of community they wanted to create and met one another for the first time.
We love that moment when families come together and start building their own community.

The community of Brabham celebrated Harmony Day last month!
The evening was packed with free family-friendly fun, including live music and multicultural performances. We loved seeing the community come together to celebrate the many different cultures that make Brabham so special.
Maarakool Primary School did a great job hosting the event, with support from ,Swan Communities for Children and City of Swan.

The best communities have each other’s backs.
Like in East Newman, where we worked with the Newman Women's Shelter, Kanyirninpa Jukurrpa and BHP to trial new ways of improving food security in East Newman.
This work led to the Newman Tucker Truck, which gives more and more people access to food and support in the region.

Real change happens when communities lead the way.
We are back working on the Ngaanyatjarra Council Group highly successful remote jobs program which saw us facilitating a community-led reinvention of employment for the remote communities in and around Warburton.
So far, more than 70 people have been employed.
This is just one of the many communities we worked with in 2025. Find the full Wrap here: https://www.creatingcommunities.com.au/year-of-impact-2025/
