We are thrilled to officially announce that Brighton Bakery is under new ownership! My name is Tony and my 2 sisters Tuyet and Thi.
While the name you know and love is staying the same, we’re bringing a fresh energy and some delicious new additions to the counter. Our team is hard at work perfecting your favorite traditional Australian classics—from flaky sausage rolls, continental rolls and sandwiches to that perfect vanilla slice—while also introducing the new Vietnamese Banh Mi stand with a delicious range of topping that we can’t wait for you to try.
Whether you’re stopping by for your morning coffee or picking up a treat for the family, we are committed to serving the most friendly, warm, community spirit that makes this neighborhood so special.
