We’ve just wrapped up our first week of filming in Kununurra! We are so thankful for the incredible cast and crew God brought together to make this possible and we felt His empowering every step of the way.

The next phase of filming will take place in a Kimberley community late August/early September and will bring our first 2 films of this series to completion. We’ll keep you posted! 🎬🎥

We’ve been having a wonderful time in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

It’s been a privilege to be able to sit with elders and friends, listening to their heart for their communities and the message they would want to communicate to their people through film.

We’re deeply excited to see the gift of storytelling through film come together with the heart of God and the wisdom of local elders to bring a message of hope and life across this beautiful region.

Written and Directed by our wonderful Chinese staff, the story of ‘Familiar Flavours’ explores the dynamics of intergenerational and cross cultural family relationships.

A young Australian born boy and his Chinese grandfather who has recently come to live with him experience both highs and lows as they walk the journey of this unique relationship.

We trust that this film and its message of hope will be an encouragement to its audience, especially to Chinese families.
