Interchange WA
Interchange WA is a registered NDIS provider helping people live great lives through personalised, community-based and home-based support. Everyone Belongs.
Interchange is a registered NDIS provider supporting Western Australians living with disability to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through individualised, local, community-based support. For 30 years we have been putting people at the centre of everything we do. Our belief is we all belong. We are all peas from the same pod! Our aim is to remove barriers and increase your choices. After all, this is all about you. Your life, your choices, your way. Our Neighbourhoods are founded on real connections and meaningful relationships within your community. With Support Teams from Two Rocks to Pinjarra, we can work with the people you trust on building a whole support network around you.

New NDIS reforms impacting participant plans will begin rolling out from 1 October 2026, but that doesn't mean everyone's funding will change on that day. Changes will be introduced gradually as plans are renewed or reassessed.
Budgets will be reduced over the following 12 months in these support categories:
โช Social, Community, and Civic Participation
โช Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living Skills
The impact will be different for every participant because every plan is based on individual goals, circumstances, and support needs. The reductions will be applied as plans are created or reassessed from 1 October 2026 or renewed from 1 February 2027.
This change is part of the new NDIS laws. For the latest information, visit www.ndis.gov.au.

Interchangers recently came together to recognise ๐ฅ ๐จ ๐ข๐? Day with a morning tea focused on connection, wellbeing, and supporting one another.
A highlight of the celebration was our wellbeing bingo activity, which encouraged colleagues to start conversations, discover shared experiences, and connect with people from across the organisation. It was a simple but powerful reminder that meaningful relationships often start with a small interaction.
At Interchange WA, creating a culture where people feel supported, heard, and valued is something we strive for every day.

The right Home & Living arrangement can transform lives and create positive outcomes for everyone involved.
For NDIS participants, a Host Arrangement offers more than a place to live. It can provide stability, personalised support, greater independence, and a genuine sense of belonging.
For Hosts, it is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while building lasting relationships and sharing everyday moments that matter. Nicole became an Interchange WA Host to provide ongoing support for a young person transitioning from foster care into adulthood.
At Interchange WA, a home is a place where everyone feels valued, connected, and supported. Through our Host Arrangements, our customers and Hosts build meaningful relationships, share everyday moments, and create a sense of belonging that benefits everyone involved. We'd love to help you explore the possibilities.

Hey, R U OK?
Today, we are reminded of the importance of checking in with the people around us. Whether it's a colleague, friend, family member, or someone we support, taking the time to ask "R U OK?" can help someone feel seen, heard and connected.
You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes, listening and being present is enough.
At Interchange WA, we're committed to fostering a supportive culture where people feel valued, respected and connected every day of the year.
Have a conversation using these four steps:
1๏ธโฃ Ask R U OK?
2๏ธโฃ Listen
3๏ธโฃ Encourage action
4๏ธโฃ Check in
We would love to hear from you: What helps you feel OK? Share your answer in the comments and letโs get the conversation started.
