Lux Events was honoured to deliver the Curtin University Bunuru Graduations at Curtin University, Bentley, consisting of 9 outdoor graduation ceremonies held between 3rd–14th February, welcoming approximately 2,000 guests per ceremony across 3 dynamic event zones.

As Curtin’s newly appointed full-service event partner, we delivered end-to-end site design, comprehensive event management (including activations and talent curation), multimedia content design, and full technical AV production, collectively bringing each ceremony to life.

From stage to screen, every detail was designed to ensure a seamless experience and a powerful send-off for Curtin’s newest Alumni.

We’re incredibly proud to have been entrusted with such an important series of events, helping create memorable moments and giving graduates the celebration they truly deserve.

A few weeks ago we helped bring the colour and atmosphere to Disney Jr. Tour at RAC Arena

Lux delivered a full-scale lighting rig and stage drapery installation, engineered to transform RAC Arena into a vibrant, immersive environment.

Great to collaborate with Norwest Productions and Round Sound services to bring the magic to life.

Oats Street Station Precinct - Perth’s newest (and longest!) park is officially glowing ✨

We’ve loved working with METRONET and our client The Event Mill to help bring Illuminate the Journey to life at Oats Street Station Precinct.

LUX Events helped deliver a range of interactive elements and lighting displays to activate the space and highlight the new recreational and sporting facilities in the precinct. It's amazing how infrastructure can be brought to life through thoughtful public activations 💡

The activation is live until Feb 8th 2026, so if you’re in the area, get down to Oats Street Station Precinct and check it out.

Our 4K event control semi trailer officially had its maiden voyage over the weekend, supporting the amazing UB40 at Kings Park and Botanic Garden.

Built late last year by a brilliant mix of our in-house technicians and trusted external suppliers, the truck is now fully operational and ready to hit the road for many more gigs across WA in 2026.

Special mention to our in-house tech genius Marc Hansen, who masterminded the build and managed the project end to end. Serious in-house horsepower!

WesTrac Cat 100 Years 🎉. An incredible celebration marking a century of success.

We worked closely with one of our amazing long-standing clients, Cathy from Cathy Fogliani , to deliver production services for this milestone event. We were especially proud of how the LED screen design and content came together, blending to suit the unique panel layout and elevate the overall experience.

Huge shout out to Andrew Hiscox, who designed the screen layout and continues to raise the bar for our production work.

Santa’s Symphony 2025 ✨🎄
It was a pleasure to be part of last night’s incredible show, delivering lighting and video production for this iconic Christmas event.

It’s been a joy teaming up with to help bring this festive wonderland to life.

AGWA ArtBall 2025, and Lux Events was proud to bring every glittering moment to life.
From façade projections to immersive dance zones, every corner of the gallery pulsed with light, music and movement, and our team helped design, produce and deliver it all:

LA LISTA guests arrived through a dazzling projection across the AGWA façade, greeted by drag hosts, a halo-lit DJ booth, and glowing red-lit ice walls.

DISCOTECA the heart of ArtBall: a 7 m-high truss cathedral of moving light, LED and neon, transforming the concourse into a full-scale disco dance floor for Juan Carlos, Tanzer, and the Disco Faith Choir.

SECRET PARADISO behind red velvet drapes, an intimate underground 1970s nightclub complete with a glowing perspex dance floor, mirror-clad LED totems, and retro cocktails.

Across three zones and more than 100 metres of gallery space, the Lux Events team delivered creative direction, full technical production, lighting, audio, video, projection mapping, and rigging - plus all site logistics and stage management.

Huge thanks to the team at The Art Gallery of Western Australia - AGWA for trusting us once again to transform the gallery into Perth’s most unforgettable night of the year.
