Control Panel at Casino Locomotive Depot and Yard. Routes are selected by pushing the LED lit tactile switches.

After leaving Martins Creek, loaded ballast trains are invariably stopped in the loop at Paterson, to make way for higher priority traffic.

Not much ado here. Casino passengers wait for the Up North Coast Mail to arrive on the back platform road.

The Down Gold Coast Motorail, running 2 hours late, passes the Pioneer Concrete Plant to the south of Casino station. The local radio stations provide hourly updates on the progress of the day's Motorail.

A Down Express freight, led by brace of 43 Class Alcos tries to outrun a summer thunderstorm as it approaches Paterson from the south.

The Brisbane Limited has arrived on the main line platform. Passengers look for their coaches. In the platform back road is 4415 ready to depart with the UP North Coast Mail.

The 'Central Commentary Position'. Everything can be switched ON or OFF here. The DCC system, and the Control Panel system are integrated with a PC to provide full automation.
