What an amazing day we had yesterday at BE SEEN- not only did we get the opportunity to meet the most incredible artists in the industry but also to network with local Perth and South/regional girls too.

Burgundy is having a moment this season as is chocolate/espresso and green.

This beautiful brides natural beauty is shining through with our signature “bridal glow” style. What you can’t see on camera is that her liner and shadow colour is actually burgundy too and this is what brings out her green eyes more. The red/orange tones are carefully blended and buffed into her lid and it still gives and natural look.

I used major dimensions palette, CHARLOTTE’S PALETTE OF BEAUTIFYING EYE TRENDS (I think it’s discontinued now though :( ) and I buffed in U KNOW BUTTA Blush

SAME HAIR STYLE DIFFERENT HAIR COLOUR

Here’s a tip- when looking for hair inspiration for your wedding day, find photos where the person has the same colour as your hair so you know what it will look like.

Texture and detail is harder to see on darker hair so seeing a model with light hair may give you unrealistic expectations.

Darker hair often will look more shiny and healthy in photos so structured and sleek looks photograph beautifully!

THE POWER OF DETAILS ✨ today a bridesmaid asked me what my favourite part of makeup is. I couldn’t really pin point what is my favourite part to do but I LOVE creating glowing skin.

When you start seeing each layer blending and absorbing into each-other and creating the most beautiful glowy natural SKIN LIKE makeup base THAT I LOVE!

I personally love when a client gives me a inspo pic as a starting point but allows me the creativity to give it my own style and spin on it. Not to replicate it exactly. My process is to make their best features stand out with still capturing the essence of the inspo pic.
