What an incredible response from our community so far ❤️

We’re halfway through the REIWA and The Salvation Army WA Sleeping Bag Appeal and are proud to share that we’ve already filled three donation boxes.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has contributed, including our team members, clients, property owners and tenants. The generosity shown over the past few weeks has been overwhelming and is a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together for a good cause.

Every donation helps provide warmth, comfort and dignity to those experiencing hardship during the colder months.

📢 Important changes are coming to Australian property transactions.

From 1 July 2026, real estate agencies will be required to complete additional identity verification and customer due diligence checks under new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation.

While identity verification isn't new, the process will now be expanded to include buyers as well as additional requirements for sellers and will be completed through a secure online verification portal.

For most people, the process is straightforward and will simply involve:
✔️ Providing a current driver's licence or passport
✔️ Completing a quick photo verification
✔️ Supplying additional information where required

Those purchasing or selling through a company, trust or SMSF will require further documentation to be provided relating to the entity and its beneficiaries.

To ensure a seamless transition ahead of 1 July 2026, our team will begin implementing these requirements early and will guide our clients through the process.
