SECOND HOME BUYERS with NO DEPOSIT… Check this out…
Julie is a 35-year-old contract administrator who earns $82,000 per year. She enjoys eating out and her only dependent is her pug, Nigel. Julie has previously owned a home but sold this a few years ago and used the profits from her home to travel to Europe for 9 months… hence there’s nothing left!

Struggling to save your house deposit...
Yet I see you driving around in that new SS Commodore or Hilux & I bet there's a $20k, $30k (or heaven forbid $50k car loan attached which is costing you $100 - $250 / week in repayments 🤨
Here's an idea for you - we bought this flash Magna for $950 as an 'in-betweener'. Fast forward 18 months & 26000km we finally upgraded and sold it for $800! I'd call that a win.
Sometimes you need to ask yourself what's more important and what will serve you in the long run 😉
CHICKENS!
One of the best parts of owning your own home is you can have WHATEVER pets you want... within reason ... 🐕🐩🐈🐦🦆🦃🐍...🐖🐎🐄...🐅
Chickens are great if you have the space as they provide eggs, eats your green scraps and provide fertiliser for the gardens.
My old boy got us 4 Isa Browns and we picked them up this week - 3 to 4 eggs every day and the girls love them! 🐔🥚
