This Men’s Health Week, we're encouraging men to make their health a priority.

Many men are great at looking after others, but often put their own health last. Whether it's booking a health check, talking to a mate, managing stress, or seeking support when needed, small actions can make a big difference.

At Trainwest, we're helping raise awareness of the importance of men's physical and mental wellbeing, and the role it plays in creating safer workplaces, stronger teams, and stronger communities.

We’re proud to share this feedback from a recent student who has just completed their face-to-face Cert IV in WHS with us.

They highlighted the value of practical, in-depth learning and the strong support from our trainers. This isn’t tick-the-box training, it’s real understanding of HSE, the law, responsibilities, and how everything works in practice.

They also shared how the face-to-face experience, supportive environment, and quality resources helped build their confidence to step into a safety career.
