🦺 Tradies National Health Month | August 2026
A safe workplace starts with healthy people.
This August, we recognise the importance of supporting the health and wellbeing of Australia’s tradies, the people who build our communities, maintain our infrastructure, and keep industries moving.
Workplace safety is more than policies and procedures. It’s about creating a culture where people feel supported, looked after, and empowered to perform at their best.
From physical health and mental wellbeing to looking out for the people around us, small actions can create stronger, safer, and more resilient workplaces.
At Trainwest, we believe that building capability and fostering a strong safety culture go hand in hand.
Let’s continue to prioritise the wellbeing of our workforce, because when people are supported, workplaces thrive.

Jamie highlighted the experience in three simple words: great trainer, well presented, and relevant content.
That’s what quality training should be about, learning that is engaging, practical, and relevant to the real world.

We’ve shared Marama’s role, her experience, and the impact she makes through her work, but there’s so much more to her than her Partnerships Manager title!
