Autotainment

Not sure if they were really small cannon mufflers or really big tips,but hey each to there own as I have seen way worse things on vehicles.

A customer arrived with this small problem.. my first thought was to cut the floor in half and extend the body to suit,but it is a black car and its so hard to get them straight for paint, so shorten the tips it was.

Autotainment would like to wish all a merry and safe Xmas and a happy new year, and we will be back on the 12th of January.

Customer of ours delivered this vehicle for a 62 point safety check, and on first opening the bonnet we were greeted with this work of art. On inspection we believe but not (Positive) that this battery terminal is terminally terminated.....but so pretty in a toxic kind of way.

Hmmm... I am a qualified sheet metal worker as one of my traits so over engineering comes with the territory ,but someone went full industrial on this mount. I guess if you were stranded in the bush you would have some spare steel to build a shelter or repair a hole in your trailer.

Speaking of originality customer needed a cat back and no idea on what tip for the back of a Suzuki Jimny.. So I added twin... Sorted.

Something different for a change...I have quite a few years ago now installed the chrome version of these on a soft top Merc but pink is the next level but hey I like originality.👍

Tech tip for the day, If you need to replace the factory HID globes on a 2015 WH Caprice this is what you need to do to people.

Not sure if these are short long shot pipes or long short shot pipes...either way it would make a nice burn mark on your leg compared to the traditional twin pipes. Polishing, well thats another nightmare in itself.

Just a quick little job to repair an internal fault with a FG Falcon heater box, pretty straight forward hey.

If you ever need to replace the window motor on your SMART car this is what you need to do people..or not so Smart in some cases.
