A very different Christmas for me this year. Missing sharing the Christmas spirit at Fancy Pantry but loving spending time with Connor & doing lots of Christmas baking. The ham is glazed, pan forte baked & wrapped, brown sugar fruit mince pies made & taste tested, just the Christmas crackle biscuits to go! Best wishes for a joy filled festive season.

A momentous day today. The last day of trade after 5 wonderful years! (I'll be around for the next few days packing up though). I have had a great time at Fancy Pantry over this time, building my little business with the support & interest of so many people. Thank you to you all. I never realised how many wonderful people I would meet. I will keep you updated on Fancy Pantry projects via face book and the newsletter so stay tuned. For now I'll continue on with hamper baskets (you can get in touch with me via email as per the web page) and then get the cooking classes going again some time next year. Motherhood here I come! I can't wait to meet our beautiful baby!
