Gardeners play a key role in their growth and customer retention by consistently providing quality outdoor maintenance and soft landscaping services to their valued customers.

As a Gardener/Handyman you will be responsible for handling all of the scheduled and project outdoor work for both domestic and commercial clients. No one day is the same and you will always be learning new skills in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Your role:
- Soft landscaping including planting, mulching & decorative stone
- Lawn Mowing & Snipping
- General yard tidying and weeding
- Some Commercial Cleaning
- Other yard duties and ad hoc tasks as required

Our Requirements:
- A love for being outdoors and working in the sunshine
- Must be willing to commit for at least 6 months
- Valid drivers licence (essential) and experience driving a trailer (ideal)
- Experience using lawn mowers, whipper snippers and -chainsaws

Please Note this is NOT a FIFO role - applicants must be in Karratha or willing to relocate.

SEEKING CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Looking for a full-time, motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our clients dynamic cleaning team in Karratha.

Responsibilities:
- Management: client liaison for scheduling, issue resolution, review and problem solving
- Training : train and oversee staff
- Operations: applying and overseeing systems and processes

Skills Required:
- Proactive, positive, energetic with a can- do attitude
- Organized and attention to detail
- Physically fit and willingness to work onsite
- Team player and problem solver
- Cleaning Experience
- Admin experience or computer savvy (desired but not essential)
- Current DL, police clearance, white card

Grounds Maintenance Utility Staff NEEDED

Karratha

Our client is a large camp provider in the Pilbara. To keep up with demands they are currently seeking a casual person to join their team in Karratha. As a Grounds Maintenance staff member you will be responsible for handling all of the scheduled and project outdoor work. No one day is the same and you will always be learning new skills in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Your Role
Gardening
Cyclone preparation
General yard tidying
Soft Landscaping including planting, mulching & decorative stone
Other yard duties as required

Our Requirements
Forklift licence is good but not ESSENTIAL.
Experience in using power tools including chainsaws
Previous experience in a similar role will be looked on favourably
Valid drivers license
Fit and healthy as the work can be physically demanding
